Tried my first boxing class today and it was AMAZING. It was definitely intense, but so worth it. Steph was an incredible coach, super motivating, helpful, and really pushed us to do our best while still making everyone feel comfortable and supported. You can tell she genuinely cares and wants everyone to improve. I left feeling exhausted in the best way possible and already feel like this is something that’s going to benefit me both physically and mentally. The energy, the workout, the encouragement, everything was awesome. I signed up right away after class because I loved it that much. If you’re thinking about trying boxing, I highly recommend giving this place a shot. It’s challenging, but so rewarding!
My first day with coach Stephanie was AMAZING. SO professional and same time very caring. Demonstrated all the exercises in each session and checked with I was doing correct. The structure of the class divided in sessions is perfect and allows anyone completed the exercises in your own pace. The location is excellent with parking in front of the gym. The gym is clean, organized with excellent equipment. I loved the vibe so POSITIVE, CHALLENGING AND THE COACH REALLY CARE ABOUT YOU.
High Energy! A 40min workout will have you pumped, sweaty, and needing a soak. This gym is incredible! Its fast paced, the Team is motivating! Very friendly, very supportive. This isnt a novice gym. You need to being your A game or Bish game, but be ready to step it up and invest in yourself. This is a place that can help you make that happen. The opportunity is there. What are you waiting for??
While the workout was extremely challenging personally, I had an amazing experience at Omni Fight Club in Roswell. From the moment I walked in, the environment was welcoming, professional, and motivating. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to ensure everyone understands the techniques, regardless of skill level. The training is challenging but supportive, and you can tell they genuinely care about your progress and safety. The gym is clean, well-equipped, and has a great community vibe where everyone pushes each other to improve. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, Omni Fight Club is a top-tier place to train. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality training and a positive atmosphere.
I’ve been taking personal training classes at Omni Fight Club with Stephanie and John, and I’m loving the experience. I enjoy incorporating boxing and kickboxing into my cross-training for other sports, and both coaches have been incredible. As a woman, learning self-defense techniques has also helped me feel more confident and empowered. My boyfriend has trained at Omni Fight Club for many years, and I’m so happy I get to throw mitts with him whenever I’m not in a session.
