Kam and the other coaches do a great job teaching my 2 boys . My boys are new to the sport and they take time to make sure they understand it . It has definitely helped them with there confidence, taught them control and prepared them to defend themselves.
Best place to train for at least 100 miles. Great coach. This gym has something for everyone. Whether you are trying to be a pro fighter, just boost your fitness, or teach your kids some discipline and self confidence this is the team for you.
Great environment super professional. Kam is great at working with you at all levels. "If you come in with an empty cup and the thirst for knowledge, its going to get filled" highly recommend if you are or ever have been interested/involved in combat sports. Great for getting/staying in shape instilling self-discipline, and inspiring not only drive but confidence as well.
The best gym in the area. Kam is so knowledgeable and the diversity he exhibits is incredible. The environment is positive and relaxing. We always have fun. Everyone is so down to earth and friendly.
I have been going to this gym for only about a year but it has been a truly amazing experience. Every time I go there I can expect to learn something new, get some good exercise, meet new people, and most importantly have fun. All the coaches and students alike are very supportive and encouraging but at the same time strict and expect nothing but the best from everyone of their students. I would highly recommend attending this gym and encourage everyone to try it out.
