My very first day, and it was an awesome experience! I can’t wait till the next class!! The environment was very welcoming, also I love how the coaches are there every step of the was to assist and cheer you on!! I think I found my new home! Thanks guys

Awesome team awesome workouts in 45 minutes. Thus far is the best place to get your workouts in with awesome music. You just wanna dance. Trainers are very friendly and motivating. Love how they make you feel like family.

F45 Training Pearlridge is an exceptional fitness experience. The 45-minute HIIT workouts are challenging, varied, and keep you motivated. Soon to open. I got to sample this new location in a friends and family week. I liken it to a mix of CrossFit and Orange Theory combined. For a good 45 minutes of pure sweat and working out. Update: 4 years later I’m still a member and still try to balance the work life, social life, foodie life and exercise life. I can literally say I have to workout just so I can eat what I want and drink what I want at this age.

When it first opened in the mall I joined under the promo the first year , and now 2022 I reconnected with F45, I jumped on their promo because they had a good deal I was able to bring my other friends from their other gyms. They loved the first class you’ll love the trainers and every class the energy level is always positive. You literally get in there do what you have to do and leave knowing you worked out for 45 min and it’s never the same exercises always different each day . I love the intense training they cover everything and you work at your own pace and the trainers are so cool n so motivating !!!! Love this energy and the playlist !!! Since I’ve been working out I have more energy and I can do push-ups , sit ups, lift and many more and they help with your form and they have the screens up as well if you get lost ! It not the people in there will be more than happy to help .
