JR is a phenomenal trainer. He truly enjoys what he does which makes each session a great experience. I have been with JR since August 2021 and his constant motivation with every workout keeps me excited and determined to work harder for the next session. You will not regret signing up with JR to get you to the next level.
JR has dedicated his life to training, his knowledge and worth ethic is something to be admired. I've only been working with him for a little over a year and my boxing has improved dramatically! I Highly recommend him whether you're a professional athlete or a beginner he has the skills to help you get in the best shape of your life.

You won't find a trainer like JR. He cares about his trainees, makes sure to tailor the workouts to each persons capacity and goals (especially in a group setting), respects your time and commitment and keeps tabs on you. He keeps his space clean and makes sure to make the most out of your workout. Some of the most impressive qualities is that notices that you don't overdo it, respects your limits and somehow remembers what he has/hasn't taught you. Don't come if you're not ready to work!
