LOVE KINGS CORNER!! So much more than just a boxing gym. They have something for everyone at any age and ability. Strength training, cardio classes and much more. The trainers are super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about helping you reach your goals. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, this gym makes you feel welcome. Highly recommend!
I’ve been a part of literally 100 gyms in my lifetime and none have ever felt like home like this one does. Maliq and the crew are the real deal. The workout is legit and allows me to go as easy or push as hard as I want to. I literally drive 30 minutes just to get here and I’d drive another 30 if I had to. I just want to say thank you to them for opening and running such a life changing place for me! Definitely recommend!
I've been coming to Kings Corner for about 2 years now and I love it!! Maliq and Jeff do such a great job with people and youth. I love the classes they run and I've taken Danielle's lifting classes and I can't say enough good things about all the trainers. I think what they do for our community and the kids is amazing. The other day I saw food and clothing donation boxes in the lobby and it warms my heart that they just care. The classes over a variety of skill levels to attend. I'm consider myself advanced due to the intensity and length of time I've been working out for but there are many people just starting out and trying to get healthy. There are all ages and backgrounds but we all support each other and help each other out. The coaches care about us and continuously ask how we feel the classes were so they can continue to provide the best training experience. How many gyms do you go to where the trainers actually value your opinion about class? I can only think of a few besides here. They always have the best merchandise which I love to wear out and about. If you have never tried the gym Maliq is great about letting you try a class to make sure it's for you. I highly recommend giving Kings Corner a try. If you enjoy cardio and weight training there is something here for you. I started the boxing classes with my 2 boys back in March of 2023. At the time, I was looking for a class for my kids, but then I thought why should I sit in the lobby and watch them exercise? So I started as well! My husband joins when his work schedule allows and it's amazing for our whole family! It is the perfect way for me and my kids to get a great workout and spend time together. My boys have learned so much in the training and are more confident. We are all in better shape and love the classes. Maliq and all the instructors always do an amazing job. It's a family feeling and we are so happy we found it!
