I’m so happy this gym opened in Emmaus. It’s a great gym with something for everyone. Very laid back and welcoming for those new to the sport, but also a good place for people who are experienced and want to train at a competitive level. Awesome sense of community and filled with genuinely cool people.
Training with Coach Keanu has been an amazing experience for both me and my son. Since starting, I’ve already lost about 10 pounds and feel stronger, more focused, and more confident every week. The atmosphere in the gym is positive, motivating, and family-friendly — everyone pushes each other to improve while having fun. Keanu truly cares about his students, whether you’re just starting out or looking to level up your skills. I can’t recommend this place enough!
I’m so grateful to have found Lehigh Valley Thai Boxing. After training elsewhere, Keanu’s coaching really stands out — it’s clear, technical, and motivating. Every class is tough but rewarding, and the community here is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Even my kids started lasers and love it, it’s fun for the whole family now 🙂
I stepped into this gym riddled with anxiety, both at the prospect of this new sport and just in general truthfully. I’ve only been attending since June, but I went from a free intro, to 1-2 times a week, to now showing up every weekday evening for class (and any other time that class is running and I can make it) because I’ve fallen in love with the entirety of the person I’m seeing myself become as a result of the training that only comes from a dedicated and passionate professional like Keanu can provide. Not only have I lost 20 lbs since starting, but the confidence I’ve gained from being in an environment that also hosts some of the most amazing students to train alongside of is astounding. People close to me have noticed an incredible shift in the trajectory of who I am and are starting to want in on that action, and I do everything to encourage that choice because if I could do anything differently I would have signed up sooner. Every class is a challenge, whether it’s the beginner’s or all levels because Keanu sees and understands the potential within prospective clients and wants them to reach and exceed their own goals. As a final note, I’d like to comment on his character because I don’t think I’ve met a man who can make fitness and discipline seem so fun and lighthearted even on the worst of days, but his wit and humor are beyond refreshing when you know that you have to keep pushing in order to improve despite everything happening in the world outside of those 4 walls and the mat that is filling up more and more every day. If you want the short answer as to whether you should consider joining this gym or seeking Keanu as a personal trainer, it is a resounding and enthusiastic YES from me as I’m sure everybody else in attendance will echo with a smile and a welcoming fist bump.
I am a 67 year old woman that is recovering from a severe broken femur. I hired Keanu Cordero six months ago as a private trainer. For my convenience, he comes to my house several times a week. He researched my injury and created a plan to help enhance my daily life. He adds new exercises every week to progress my training. Since we started, my upper and lower body strength has improved immensely. My stamina has grown and I can now walk & stand longer then I could before we started. He pushes me daily and has always been very supportive and positive. I always look forward to our sessions together!
