Well maintained gym. Not the biggest but it has weight machines, cables, free weights and plenty of cardio machines. No AC though so get ready to sweat it out!

24 hours for active duty military. DoD/CaC holders it's open from 0330-2030. Easily accessible. Good amount of cardio machines. There are weight machines , which safe wise is a good thing. No benches , but there are a good assortment of dumb bells

Great experience! Love that military spouses are allowed from a certain time. It's very close to home. Wish that they have barbells and a Smith Machine but you can always improvise😁

It is free for military card holders. Plenty of machines. Less crowded. It is nice to have this Fitness Center on the West side of the island.
