Great gym! I was staying nearby for the week and did two day-pass days. Lots of weight and cardio machines and a good selection of free weights. Not a lot of mat space that I found.
Fantastic gym! I was highly surprised with the amount of equipment that they had! Just be sure to explore the whole facility before doing your workout and I'm certain that you'll find the machine or equipment you were looking for! Mahalo
Simple but goodness it has everything you need in a gym. Mostly locals. Everyone very kind. I have gone three times while in Kauai and would recommend to those in need of a quality gym experience.
Awesome gym with so much equipment packed into an interesting space. Staff was friendly and was not overly busy at 5:30am. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a gym to lift heavy and want a lot of different machines to choose from.
This place is amazing! Packed with MedX, Avenger, David, Atlantis, Pendulum, and tons of other equipment. The Avenger and MedX equipment is very rare to find and I was so stoked to work out here the last 2 weeks! I would guess that most of the members have no idea how good they have it. Bummed to go back home to the limited amount of stuff I have access to.
