Incredible gym. High level instruction, and TOUGH crew. The warm ups alone almost killed me, and that was just the beginning of an experience that was botg humbling and inspiring. This gym is the real deal, and I would definitely train here if I lived in the area.
This gym is such an incredible outlet for kids. The perfect mix of fun, challenge, and structure. All of the coaches strike that balance so well, they keep the environment positive and engaging, while also teaching respect, discipline, and real physical skills. The confidence and accountability this class builds in kids is something you can see spill into all areas of their lives. The gym itself is always clean, organized, and very well run. We’re so grateful to have a place like this for our daughter. Highly recommend for any family looking for a healthy, empowering activity for their kids.

I recently had the pleasure of training at Felipe Bragiao's gym in Koai, Hawaii, and it was an exceptional experience. The instruction was detailed and very informative, perfect for anyone looking to improve their technique or learn something new. What truly stood out was the friendliness of the students and the hospitality offered. Everyone was welcoming and made me feel like part of the family from the moment I stepped in.
