Maui Powerhouse is an incredible gym and a reflection of the people who run it. My fiance and I have been going for years and have both always loved our experience. But we were honestly blown away by the way Peter handled my engagement ring that was stolen recently. As one would, I immediately reached out to Maui powerhouse via Instagram and every social platform they had when my ring went missing. I honestly didn't expect they could do much because it's not their personal responsibility and I didn't think they would prioritize it. But Peter responded immediately on that Saturday (his weekend) and went into the gym, looked at the cameras, and stayed up late to identify who was involved. He reached out to them. He spent that whole night helping me try to find who took my ring and even stayed there until 2 AM to talk to a police officer for me. I felt so protected and cared for! I really loved Maui Powerhouse before but I have a whole new level of respect for this place now! On top of that, the classes are fantastic, the equipment just continues to improve every week it seems like. They are so accommodating and genuinely care about each person that comes into the gym. They will remember your name and kindly engage with you. Love you powerhouse!!! Can't recommend a place more.
I love it! I go to the classes and all the coaches are awesome. Super passionate and enthusiastic about coaching. Big welcome smiles when you walk into the gym from most of the people at the desk. Lots of variety offered in the classes. Epic gym and grateful to have it closeby!

Spent 10 days in Maui Nov 10-20 Kihei and found Maui Powerhouse gym just down the road. Loving group fitness at Goodlife in Canada I joined for a week. Awesome group fitness I got to work out hard in Paradise! Genevieve Instructed Peach Pump and what a great mix of weights and core work it Rocked! Jen taught Power pump and studio Spin OMG killer music lights and weights in a spin class! Awesome I burnt 600 calories. Jen was even better in her power pump class. Full body workout great energy lots of reps hand weights and core exercises. Great Gym everyone was super friendly and they knew me by name. Canada made an impression on the floor🇨🇦. Thanks

I highly recommend Powerhouse Gym and their Jump Start program. After being a lazy and exercise-averse couch potato for the preceding 6 or 7 years, my body was falling apart, I was having more and more aches and pains from being so sedentary, and I also was developing random injuries and problems with different parts of my body. I'd never been a “gym person” and I felt intimidated about using weight machines and whatnot, so the FREE Jump Start program (for new gym members) caught my eye and I'm so grateful to this program because I never would've bothered getting a membership or stepping foot in that gym if it weren't for that serving as a launching point. I love how welcoming, chill, and cozy the inside of the gym feels. It's a peaceful and positive place. It doesn't have “corporate” or “sterile” vibes. I'm about a month into being a gym goer and 3 sessions into the Jump Start program and I feel so much healthier already. I especially recommend training with Elija. He's incredibly intelligent, perceptive, thoughtful, and kind. He genuinely cares about helping you, addressing and fixing any concerns you have with your body, and making you feel safe and supported as you work towards your goals. Thank you, Elija!!

We used Maui Powerhouse to clean up between checkout of our hotel (12pm) and our flight time (8:30pm) with their day pass. I was so happy with how clean the bathrooms were! Some gym bathrooms and amenities can make me feel a little uncomfortable but I felt completely safe and privacy was there when needed. There was a sauna though I didn’t use it. I thought to myself if I lived in this area I would for sure have a membership there. The vibe was cool and fun.
