Great old school gym with a huge variety of equipment. I was visiting the area and the owner went way out of his way to help me out so I could access the gym in the early hours. He genuinely cares and was extremely friendly and helpful. Workout experience there was outstanding with a great vibe.
Open air, easy access, affordable, best gym on Kauai. Owners are very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this gym to everyone.
Australian traveller looking for a casual gym visit and found this one. Old school gym but well equipped and getting updated with new machines. Friendly helpful owner who is contactable during the day and can arrange access remotely. $10 for a day pass. Can’t go wrong.
Excellent assortment of equipment everybody's very friendly the owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. Call them and all can be done over phone, a fob will either be waiting at the gym for your pick up or handed to you..has an open to outside basket ball court inside and you and your gear are safe as members are friendly and respectful as is the owner. Clean bathrooms and 24hour access. cable machine and some newer and older equipment..it has a hip flexer ..which is hard to find in a gym nowadays.. many treadmills, free weights / benches galore. and then some .. It's a great Kauai gym..
This is a great gym! It is open air, reasonably priced, and the owner was very helpful and nice. It isn't super new or fancy, but it has everything you need for a great workout. I like that it is 24hour access. Also, there is an indoor basketball court!
