At Maui Training Center our family has found a gym that provides a great strength and conditioning program that teaches the landmine technique that advances functional strength and stability. The Gym also provides BJJ for kids and adults. The Jiu jitsu program has taught my girls discipline respect and build their confidence while handling challenges in a calm manner. Our Daughters 10 and 12 absolutely love Maui Training Center and the coaches. They do jiujitsu and just staring to dabble in boxing. They have nothing but positive things to say daily! We appreciate everyone there and all they do for our keiki Monday through Friday! No bad vibes all are welcome if you live upcon3 stop by n check em out !🫶🤍

Junior is a wonderful coach. He manages to turn every workout into an opportunity to grow while also having fun… always ready with advice and a smile. He truly knows how to share his deep knowledge of movement in the best possible way. A true example for anyone in this profession.

Can one say enough about Maui Training Center?? I’m been an impromptu member of this family since before its inception, meeting and getting to know Junior and some of the other coaches both in San Diego, CA and Maui for numerous visits. From their ability to bring JiuJitsu to the community, their kids programs, and strength training programming are some of the best I’ve ever come across (and I own and operate a facility of my own!). If you’re in Maui, and not training here, you’re missing out!
