Shane brought me into teach a 2 hour boxing seminar and I’ve always wondered why more boxing coaches don’t do the same. I have seen him grow from a smaller gym without much equipment to a larger gym with the boxing ring and heavy bags. Shane has a real passion for growing his stable of fighters. Shane has a real passion for growing his stable of fighters. His background in martial arts and his fight knowledge has always stood out when I have witnessed his fighters compete and win.
I’ve been to plenty of boxing gyms, but none compare to this one. From day one, Coach Shane made it clear that he genuinely cares about your growth. He takes his time correcting technique, breaking down fundamentals, and pushing you the right way. The attention you get makes a huge difference, and that’s something I didn’t find at other gyms. If you want to level up and be surrounded by someone who actually invest in you, this is the place to be at. I highly recommend this gym.
We had a really awesome experience at Crowley Boxing Club! Shane gave a great lesson on boxing form and technique. This is a great boxing gym in Sparta. I cannot wait to come back out and get another lesson. Thanks Shane!
This is a great place to learn how to develop and enhance your boxing skills no matter if you're a beginner or advanced skill level. Coach Crowley has a keen understanding of martial arts in general and can provide a tremendous contribution to your fight IQ whether a boxer, wrestler, or mixed martial artist. I would absolutely visit this gym any time I am in Sparta because i always have a good time and learn something.
This gym is legit and could hold it's own against any from a larger city. The coach and atmosphere were great. I tried it for the first time while traveling was very surprised to find such a great resource in Sparta. The coach knows what he is doing and is very passionate about teaching. Everything about this place is top notch and I couldn't recommend it more.
