Dropped in while visiting family. 10/10 I think power lifting gyms can seem intimidating but they have been the most welcoming in my experience and this one was no different. The owner was super kind and showed me where everything I need for the day was. ( I don’t powerlift so sometimes I get lost) Great vibes, they have everything you need to work out. Hope I get a chance to stop my one more time while I’m here.

Was visiting Maui and stopped in here a few times and worked out on a day pass. This is a powerlifting oriented gym and has everything you'd need from an equipment perspective. The owners and members are also super friendly and cool. Overall a great, laid-back gym!

This is my home gym We are all family and treat anyone who comes in as such. We are here to reach our goals just like anyone else. Please come in and check us out. The rumors are true there are some monsters that train here but they are all friendly!

Excellent place to train!! Highly recommend it to anyone who's looking for a place to train wile in vacation or if you live in maui. I was there wile on vacation to train Jiu-jitsu with coach Bear! Was very honored to train with such an amazing coach with so many years of high level experience! The owners of the gym were both super friendly. I felt right at home. Was very clean and great atmosphere. This is the place I will be training every visit back to Maui!
