I recently moved to Bend in August of 2023, and my search for a traditional boxing gym ended spectacularly when I discovered Central Oregon Boxing. From the moment I stumbled upon their website and learned about their new location opening in Bend, I knew I had found something special. I immediately reached out to Chris, the owner, and his enthusiasm and dedication were evident from our first interaction. Chris maintained excellent communication leading up to the opening day, and his commitment to creating a top-notch boxing experience was clear. The gym itself is phenomenal. It’s a well-setup facility that caters perfectly to both beginners and seasoned boxers. Having been involved in conditional boxing for several years, I needed a place that could provide a solid cardio workout and push my limits, and Central Oregon Boxing delivers on all fronts. Central Oregon Boxing Gym has a full ring, Rogue Echo bikes, weights, heavy and speed bags, and space and time to put in work with a trainer or on your own. I have not seen another boxing facility that provides what this place does: clean and functional space and a friendly owner. Definitely coming back and bringing my friends here.

My nephew was originally a boxer training in Redmond but moved to pursue his professional career. Saw the gym open and had to stop in to check it out. Great addition to Bend. Full boxing gym. Been a while since I've seen something like this in Central Oregon!
