I cant say enough great things about ignited fitness! The coaches make consistency easy and we all know how hard consistency can be. Even when I feel like I'm dragging or don't want to show up, I 100% feel better every time I do! Being able to enjoy my workout and have it fly by is awesome! The workouts include so much variation and they become the best addiction! Being a part of this community has truly saved me. If you are even considering trying this out, DO IT! You won't regret it! You will feel empowered, stronger and better than before you walked in! Thank you ignited fitness for being an important part of my journey.
Everyone here was very warm and welcoming. Amanda was very patient and explained everything thoroughly and made sure there was no confusion. Terra was also very nice and helped me sign everything up, and high fived me a couple times when I put the gloves on the desk. The locker room is very clean, the place also smells like the soap in my grandmother's bathroom and I love that soap, so bonus points for that. Will definitely consider buying another membership after my 20 days.
The team and community at Ignited is simply the best! I have always wanted to try kickboxing, and I’m so, so happy I tried it here. Kooper welcomed me at my first session and made me feel at home and supported. I’ve taken classes from Jamie and Kooper and they’re both amazing coaches. Already signed up and been three times this week…and plan on making this a regular part of my life now. When it’s right, you just know! ❤️
My absolute favorite place on earth. Ignited Fitness changed my life for the absolute better. Not only are the coaches some of the friendliest and hardest working people, the members are incredibly welcoming and friendly. Being celebrated for your milestones and pushed to new limits, this place has it all. The Community is top tier and I’ve met some of my best friends here. Every month there are community events for you to interact with people outside of just in classes and there are monthly challenges that push you out of your comfort zone. The workouts are challenging and fun. I’ve lost 15% body fat here in just two years and built muscle in places I didn’t know muscle could be! The workouts allow you to grow at your own pace. Whether you’re an athlete or someone just starting out, this place meets you where you’re at and helps you recognize that everyone’s journey is different but there’s no reason we can’t all celebrate doing it together. Kickboxing is so cool and such a unique skill set. Being able to learn something new and never be made to feel stupid about it is refreshing and exciting! Also, Jamie and Lee are two of the best people you’re likely ever to meet. They run such an incredible business and have helped so many people grow and have a more positive outlook of fitness and life in general. They embody the core values of ignited and put them to practice everyday on and off the mat. So incredibly grateful for my time at Ignited Fitness and can’t wait for many years and many workouts to come!!
I’ve been going to Ignited Fitness since 2023 and have absolutely loved every moment of it. From the incredible coaches to the supportive community I’ve built, it has truly been life changing. I’ve met some of my best friends here, found a workout style I genuinely enjoy, and pushed myself physically in ways I never thought possible. It’s such a welcoming, encouraging space, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a place to grow, connect, and thrive. Everyone should give it a try!
