I've been training here for the past 2 years. From the moment I walked into the door, I was treated like family. Everyone took me under their wing to helped me learn Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. Whenever I walk through the front door, I'm greeted by Malea, with a smiling face and a positive attitude. I missed a month of training and received a message from Grit, asking if I was ok. They really care about your health and well being and it shows in the way that they train. I will forever be team GRIT!!

The Grit Training Center is a great place to learn various types of martial arts. It's a family friendly environment and they offer classes for all age groups and skill levels. The rates are very reasonable. It's a positive learning environment for the children. I heartily endorse the Grit Training Center!

Great gym, Sam the owner is extremely knowledgeable and a great teacher. I recommend the Jiu Jitsu classes for everyone from beginner to advanced. I appreciate that I have somewhere to come train when I am home visiting. I hope to continue training at Grit whenever I am home. Thanks Sam for the hospitality and the expert teaching, and thanks for the positive energy you have brought to Butte, your members are extremely lucky to have such a great facility and a great teacher.

Grit training center is a top notch facility ran by an excellent staff. Sam Rauch is a world class martial arts instructor with decades of experience training and competing. I highly recommend Grit to anyone in the academy’s area who is interested in learning martial arts for sport or self defense.

I'm in town for a couple weeks and didn't want to miss out on my training and preparation for an upcoming BJJ tournament. Grit took me in and treated me like family. It was refreshing to be able to step into a gym hundreds of miles from home and feel at home. This is an extremely informative, ego free gym. I am extremely grateful to have been able to work with the crew here.
