Dana and Sean are the nicest and most understanding gym owners I’ve ever met. I’d highly recommend, especially for those who don’t know what they’re doing or how to lift. They’re very welcoming people. They also go above and beyond for people especially if you’re struggling.

Been going here over a year, love the atmosphere, equipment available and staff are always helpful and friendly. They also have a sauna and tanning bed included in membership :) Bonus of free bulldog loves
I've been a member here for over a year. The equipment is top notch, Dana and Sean are the nicest, most knowledgeable fitness experts I have had the pleasure of working with. Come check the gym out - you won't be sorry! Love it!!
I am so wishing this gym was in Kalispell, lots of equipment, super clean, Dana gave me the tour, love everthing about this place. If your looking for a gym in Darby or Hamilton, look no further.
