I have purchased from better body fitness in the past. Their customer service is amazing. Recently purchased a recumbent bike. Sale went smoothly and delivery even better. I highly recommend better body Fitness when you need exercise equipment.

We’ve been happy customers since Better Body opened their first store in Helena. Product selection and quality are excellent. The customer service, from sound advice to expert maintenance, are even better!

Better Body Fitness has offered gym-quality fitness equipment for home or professional businesses in Helena, MT for many years. I was first recommended to them by my Physical Therapist because much of their practice's equipment was acquired from Better Body Fitness' used selections. Customer service is amazing. My husband recently purchased a used treadmill here. We struggled together to bring the pieces into the house, because quality fitness equipment is often heavy. I called our salesman Ryan for help. Within an hour, he and another employee drove to our house. Even though all I'd requested was for a stronger person to move the heaviest piece into our workout room, they did much more. They provided a treadmill mat, brought together all the pieces, then assembled it for us. A half hour later, Ryan paused before leaving to give a tip about extra features that will help us get the full benefit of our treadmill. Other businesses may seem to offer workout equipment at bargain prices; however, such economy often comes at the price of lower product durability or limited customer service. In contrast, Better Body Fitness of Montana provided us great value and service for an item that will be usable for many years. I recommend them to you.

Can’t say enough great things about Better Body Fitness out of Helena. Ordered a Hoist CMJ-6000 Station Pod for our weight room. The ordering and buying process was super efficient, thanks to the patience and help of Tanner. The building and setup was done by the awesome pair of Dan and Josh and boy did they make it look easy. While we had a spot picked out for the equipment, they managed to find an even better one for it. Now we have a great new set up in our weight room. Thank you to Hoist Fitness for the new equipment and thank you to Better Body Fitness out of Helena for being so great to work with. Highly recommend them and will hopefully be working with them again in the near future!

Better Body has been servicing our equipment for the past couple of years and they do a great job. But this year they helped us remodel our fitness center and I was blown away!! We didn't really know how to best utilize our space or what equipment is most in demand and Coco created a layout that really works for the amount of space we have. She is so informative and she checks in often to update you on the progress. We got bids from other companies and they were very high pressured sales tactics. Better Body was not that way and they helped us find what worked for our budget.
