Dropped in for a free class to try out some BJJ and man, what a blast! Thought it would be a good workout and I got way more than I was expecting out of it. I was gassed by the end and learned a ton in an hour. Very humbling but worth a try if you’re on the fence.
This is the best martial arts gym in the LC Valley. The instructors are top notch and the other students are extremely helpful.
My son has been attending karate classes here for about a year, he has a great time every class and really likes all of the Senseis that work with the kids there.
This place changed my life for the better. Every class is very well ran and the teachers are super welcoming. I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else then here!
Currently getting ready to test for blackbelt here very soon and its a very fun place to go and practice. I go to the adult practice from 7pm-8pm on Tuesday and Thursdays and Friday for tournament practice. Im making my first attempt at worlds in cluj-napoca, Romania 🇷🇴 In WUKF and with the help of rhyli stocks and Caleb oleson I think ill do well for my first time even if I dont place. We need more people for the tournament team so if you are looking for a team for your child to compete with, ask Austin arnett and he'll give you rhyli stocks number and will hook you up!
