Master Staup provides a comprehensive, disciplined, engaging, and fun Taekwondo Club to students of all ages (tiny tigers all the way up to seniors). My children and I have benefitted significantly from her classes. The focus on personal growth, the 5 tenets of Taekwondo, and simply doing your best every time has allowed each one of us to thrive. We absolutely adore all of the programs and cannot wait to continue to learn and grow at McCall Taekwondo Club!
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! My 5 year old daughter and I do TKD with Master Angela Staup and WE LOVE IT. Even though we are different ages, we can both do the exercises and we both have learned so much! We go every week and it’s such a fun way to spend time together. Thank you Angela for passing on your knowledge to us! We look forward to continuing our practice of TKD with you for many years to come!
Angela is the best instructor I have ever had. Whether it is TKD, recovery sessions, yoga, or self defense, every class is welcoming to all skill levels and respectful to everyone. I never regret a single class I take at McCall Taekwondo, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for any sort of wellness or physical activities.

Angela teaches self defense annually for a group of teen girls I mentor. She is amazing and year after year it is the one activity we do that gets the best reviews. Angela is thoughtful in her approach and thorough. She makes the girls feel comfortable using their bodies to defend themselves. I highly recommend Angela!
