I grew up in plummer went here almost everyday rock n the rez made my childhood so much brighter than it wouldve been im very thankfull to this facility and the people who care for our youth

great customer service, very inviting for all ages. To me the atmosphere is like home and its not just for native american it's open to all. Medical, Dental, Vision, Chiropractor, Behavioral health, Physical therapy, Help with Meidcare and all are welcomed.

I'm going too PT here. The therapists are really good with their patience. I had knee replacement surgery and my recovery is going slower than normal but the people here are great.

Great gym, with ALOT of equipment, variety of machines. They have a large swimming pool and hot tub, that you can take swim lessons or learn to paddle board or kayak. The Wellness center has an excellent physical therapy dept, with 2 Drs of physical therapy. The center offers a variety of classes like yoga, Zumba etc.plus youth sports.
