I dropped into this jiu-jitsu class while traveling and it was a great experience. Professor Eduardo was welcoming and technically sharp. The training partners were friendly, supportive, and pushed me just the right amount to make it challenging yet enjoyable. Highly recommend this gym—will be back in the summer!
This jiu jitsu gym is great! I’ve taken both the co-ed fundamentals class and the women’s class, and each offers an incredibly supportive, skilled, and welcoming environment. Cara and Eduardo are knowledgeable, patient, and make sure everyone feels confident regardless of experience level. The women’s class was supportive while still being challenging and technical. If you’re looking for high-quality training with an amazing community, this is the place to go!
Dropped in over the holidays while visiting family and had a great experience! The owner and instructors were welcoming and very professional and knowledgeable. The gym clearly catered to all members, those who are serious about competing as well as those who are hobbyists. It had a great mat area and a nice gym full of weights/equipment off to the side. If I lived in the area I would without a doubt join up here. Excited to drop in again next time we are in Sandpoint!
Great program for anyone any age. All the coaches are knowledgeable in their art and convey their passion to their students. Fitness, sportsmanship, respect, gratitude, and discipline are part of each and every lesson. The entire coaching staff truly care about each and every student and give them the attention and instruction they need to succeed. My family have been with them going on 5 years and have never been disappointed or discouraged.
Amazing gym! Welcoming vibes, great facilities, knowledgeable instructors, fun culture. They have it all: grappling, striking, fitness, self defense - there is something here for everyone across all ages, genders, and skill levels. If you are thinking about coming out - you definitely should join!
