This is a great gym for people of all ages and backgrounds, motivation is high and coach Shad does amazing work in training each boxer the right way. I also like the chess table that is set up in the gym. Every time I come in for my training, there is always a group sitting playing Chess before or after training sessions. A safe space for all.
Best gym in the county! Been fighting with coach Chad since I was 12 years old and I’m still here now. My only regret is come signing up sooner than that! Great gym, great coach, and even better atmosphere. Strongly recommend giving boxing a shot, boxing CAN and WILL change your life
What brings us from miles a way, multiple days a week isn't simply this building and environment.. it's every special detail contained within these walls. There's Coach Shad leading and training up multi-generational leadership and an entire culture of a foundation of strength that is very apparent in every aspect of the vision. Couldn't recommend this exceptional Community anymore than 5/5 stars, but I would if I could!
Training here will give you a great workout with a positive atmosphere suitable for all ages and all fitness levels. I'm a big guy and in the two months I've been going to the twice weekly trainings (sometimes I make it to the Wednesday HIIT workout as well.) I've noticed both weight loss and an increase in my physicality in my work and activities outside the gym. I'm also getting better at hitting things hard. So... I 100% recommend joining this gym if you're interested in learning to box and getting fit.
We have been going to Legacy Boxing since the beginning of the year. We originally signed our son up to help boost his confidence due to bullying at school. Within a few weeks of the program, our son was showing amazing signs of his confidence boosting. He even decided to try out for the competition fight team! We also signed up our 7 year old daughter, she comes to classes 4 days a week and plans to join the competing team when she turns 8. These classes have taught our kids so much in the past 6 months and have changed our kids lives for the better! The classes are full of structure but also fun, you learn something new each day of the week! Legacy really has a sense of commitment, hard work, great characteristics and a great community.
