Cheap place to train only $10 a month and a lot of equipment to use. More of an open gym. Have fun coming during the week after 4pm though it gets so packed inside it looks Iike there’s a party going on.
Armon is the Best. Gym is older and not pretty - which is Perfect to me. Armon tailors the workout for You and very personable. The price is right on. Its not perfect, but what is. You will get a great workout there with an excellent trainer ........... Its my busy season with work (12 hour days) will be back in December2023
My little brother loves it there...the price is amazing and the staff is great...I appreciate the program sooo much because they give the kids allot to do
