House of Pain is hands down my home gym! From the atmosphere to the equipment, everything is top tier. The energy in this place keeps me motivated, and the members truly make it feel like a community. Joe and the entire House of Pain staff go above and beyond to create a welcoming, hardworking environment. You can tell they genuinely care about the gym and the people in it. Awesome gym. Staff was incredibly friendly and the equipment selection is fantastic, way better selection than a crunch/ p fitness. Loved the paintings of the GOATs of bodybuilding on the wall, even had Tom Platz’s signed and I believe Kim Chizevsky-Nicholls as well. Also had huge mirrored posing room and sauna. Will definitely be back.
Wow! They have every piece of equipment you could think of! Legendary bodybuilder cover the walls! The people are great! The community is very welcoming and supportive! 10/10 have to visit this gym if your in St. Louis!
Easily the best gym in a 200+ mile spread. They literally have everything you can think of for equipment. From 5 pound dumbbells all the way up to 200 pound dumbbells. Tons of machines with enough weights to not have to wait on weights. Even enough room to use the machine without bumping into other. Super clean all the way around. Very friendly and fun staff especially Joe the owner! Such a cool guy with an amazing attitude even when moving his whole gym. Absolute pleasure to workout here and I look forward to coming back as much as possible as they are now in Chesterfield vs Maryland Heights. Handicap accessible and parking. Showers in the restrooms. Sauna, red room, classes, this place has it all plus some. Even it's own room for power lifting 🫴 💪 Look forward to seeing the new place all put together! Thx for being a pleasure to move Joe. I would have loved a tee-shirt though at the least lol!
My girlfriend and I travel frequent for work so we are always looking for good quality gyms. House of Pain gym has friendly staff and all the equipment serious lifters are looking to find. The owner Joe was great, you can definitely tell he takes extra care to keep a spotless clean facility. I highly recommend this gym!
