Great gym for all ages to learn boxing skills or to simply get in shape. Trainer owner himself Sammy is amazing with pro boxing experience himself! Learn from the best! The staff is wonderful, it’s a clean well run gym that I would recommend to anyone.

187 is awesome. It feels like a family. Everyone is very inclusive, no big egos. Sammy is a great guy, I genuinely feel like he wants the best for the kids he teaches. Trevor is a great trainer. My only regret was not finding the place sooner. There's people of all skill levels, if your new or seasoned it's definitely worth checking out.
