Great group of people. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to punch stuff. They're open Monday & Wednesday 5-630 and Saturday 10-11. Don't worry about calling just show up. First session is free.

Great place with very knowledgeable & patient coaches. All levels of boxing knowledge are accepted & this location. Great sport to learn for all ages.
