Such an awesome an atmosphere. I work out on the Iron Edge CrossFit side, but both gyms are synched together. We both get along and we both support each other to put our best effort forward. Raise the Bar has been a blessing to our community. Hope you can come try it out for yourself!
The owners are so wonderful. The gym atmosphere is amazing, every staff member is so welcoming. This is the place to be.
The Crawford’s are great owners and take care of the gym space! They give different options for classes for all different types of fitness. They do a great job!
This gym is truly a home away from home! I personally joined to attend Crossfit Iron Edge classes a few years ago but have used the rest of the amenities many times since. The gym has so much to offer, but the people are what make it top notch.
Great gym! Lots of equipment, cardio, and free-weights. Staff are nice and patrons are cool. Low key nice gym thats not crowded.
