I went to multiple gyms, and this is the only one I've been locked in and getting the work done the right way, Coach Wayne is the best.
My 15 yo daughter absolutely loves this boxing gym! Their high school class is so fun and incredible conditioning. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Great guidance and such a supportive atmosphere. It’s a wonderful supplement to her regular hockey routine! And it is well worth the price, which is very reasonable.
I have been boxing 🥊 in this gym past 4 years! Changed my life Being 55 and feel healthy and strong is thanks to support and training I received Yes we work hard and that’s expected Yes we 😓 Otherwise we can go to yoga class instead

The best place to improve your athletic ability, get into shape, learn self-defense and/or get to the competition level. It’s very clean, organized, and welcoming to people of all levels and experience. I have gone here for over four years and it has brought me to be the person I am today. The opportunities, experiences, and challenges I have gone through will carry with me for the rest of my life, and something I will always have. This place is my home away from home, and I don’t know what I would do without it.
