I went for my first visit on 4/8. Christian was the instructor and the class was so much fun! It was a great workout and this was my first time ever boxing. Christian class was fun and upbeat never a dull moment. The 45 minutes went by so fast lol.

Amazing instructors! They are there to really help you! Instructors really make the classes enjoyable. From adults to children, a welcoming environment. Get ready to sweat!!! Great customer service! Always very professional. They got wraps for sale, Gloves for sale, Gloves for rent. Book a bag!🥊🥊

I don't remember the name of the team member (I believe it was Alex) who ran the 9am session today (1/14/23), but she was Awesome! Definitely kept me going even when I was ready to tap out. Also the two ladies at the front desk were very helpful with wrapping my hands and answering my questions. Everyone is always so welcoming, I love coming here!😊
