It’s a fantastic workout. Christian was so helpful to get me set up properly as a new person. The way it’s broken up and the organization of the class makes the 45 minutes fly by, and it’s a perfect stress release and workout. I will definitely be making this part of my routine. I can’t wait to try the other class options too! My twelve year old daughter is keen to try it too, so I’ll have to get her into the kids’ class to try it out soon.

I went for my first visit on 4/8. Christian was the instructor and the class was so much fun! It was a great workout and this was my first time ever boxing. Christian class was fun and upbeat never a dull moment. The 45 minutes went by so fast lol.
