My 15yo son and I have trained at XKM for almost 6 months. The lessons are practical and the environment is comfortable and encouraging. The instructors are training us for very serious situations, but they find the right balance of challenge and fun. We look forward to every class.
Our family loves training here. The instructors are knowledgeable and help you understand real life applications to best defend yourself. We continue to learn, make new friends, and get a good workout too.
Been going a couple months now and the program is pretty awesome if you’re looking to gain confidence in handling yourself in tight situations and get into shape while training. They also have great extra programs from proper workouts to proper nutrition plans. Come check it out!
Great facility, friendly and welcoming culture, and I love the staff. You can tell they truly care about their clients. Highly recommend! They have morning, noon, and evening classes to fit different schedules.
There are only positive things to say about this gym. The instructors, the programs, and the people create a safe place where you can push yourself to be the best version of yourself. Not only am I learning to defend myself physically, I'm learning mental strength. Plus I have found an amazing group of people I look forward to seeing each week!
