Place is amazing and I really enjoyed working out here while I was traveling through town visiting family. Owner was very generous and helpful and an extremely nice man. The gym was clean, had great lighting and was an enjoyable place to get a good lift in.

Just joined about 6 months ago. I’ve been a member of a different gym about 9 years. This is an amazing gym. The classes are the best workout ever! The people are all uplifting and amazing! I’m noticing results from classes that I didn’t get at my old gym. Travis and the Alphas team are absolutely great! So many great things I could say! This is a great gym to join!
I’ve been a member for a couple of years here and will continue to lift here as long as I’m in Highland. I was initially nervous because I’m very “to myself” when I lift and this gym is known for their tribe (in the beginning I wasn’t really interested in this aspect if I’m being honest) but WOW was I wrong. The members are above average but the owners (both) are genuinely some of the best people I’ve met in town. I’ve dealt with personal and health issues over the years and have been checked in on and encouraged continuously, which just reinforced the feeling of “belonging”. Beyond that feel good stuff, the gym it’s self is exactly what I wanted as someone who enjoys heavy lifting and power lifting in general. I need to utilize the classes more because everyone RAVES about them, but just using the weight side is enough for me to give a 10/10 for this gym. Thanks Travis for creating a space for everyone to kick their own butts into shake and laugh while doing it. (Leo also is clearly a big fan, but we’re still working on his squatting form)
This place is awesome. Great high end equipment for serious lifters but also really welcoming feeling for beginners. If i lived anywhere in the area this would be my gym for sure!
