I enjoy the structure and the coaching. It is a total body workout you can complete in 45 to 60 minutes. Not only that, but you learn and develop specific techniques and skills.
Friendly staff, friendly coach and friendly people! Positive vibes everywhere! Once you walk in the class, you’re greeted with smiles. So if you’re a first timer, no worries. Go have fun!
I’ve never loved nor have I stuck with a gym for as long as I have with TITLE Naperville! I try to go at least 5x a week and the workouts are different everyday so you don’t get bored. Plus, you feel absolutely amazing after each boxing session. The trainers & Nicole are all amazing and motivate you to keep going without making you feel discouraged. Thanks to TITLE, I have lost close to 30 lbs. I definitely feel stronger and healthier than I ever have!

I've been a member here since the Title Boxing gym opened and consistently enjoy the morning classes. The trainers are skilled, some with ring experience, and members are welcoming. Each class targets different muscle groups and I always leave satisfied. The music is upbeat and the group energy keeps motivation high, so you’ll likely find yourself looking forward to the next session even as you catch your breath from the last one.

Title is one of my favorite places that I have ever gone to work out. Not only is this the place that I have seen the most progress physically, but the people make the experience so much better. From the trainers to my fellow classmates I could not ask for a more supportive group. I would highly recommend anyone to give title a try.
