I love this gym! I've been going a few times per week for a couple months now and have seen most of their instructors. Each of them brings their own style and expertise, making each class different enough to be interesting but it sticks to the same foundation so you don't feel lost or anything. They're all patient and kind, plus the members are the same way. Only comment is that I hope they get new mics soon so the instructors don't have to mess with them as much during class 😂 can't recommend boxing here enough!
