Resilient Boxing is truly something special. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the positivity, encouragement, and sense of community radiating throughout the entire place. The atmosphere is uplifting, welcoming, and full of joy. It’s a fantastic community filled with people who inspire, motivate, and genuinely care about one another. I recommend it to anyone who is not sure what to expect come and try it.

I cannot recommend more highly. Emil is terrific with kids and is so energetic it is infectious. If you have a youth that may be a little lost or lacks self esteem or just want to better yourself, this is is the place for you.

What a blessing it is to bring everyone together through faith and boxing. I love Seeing everyone come together and push themselves to new heights! Best part of all it’s faith based! Thankful for this local, faith based boxing gym And the community it’s created

Resilient Boxing in O’Fallon, MO is an incredible gym with an even more incredible leader. Coach Emil is a man of strong faith and character, and it shows in the way he leads and invests in the people around him. His heart is not just for boxing, but for building people up, encouraging them, and helping them grow both physically and spiritually. The environment he has created is positive, welcoming, and full of purpose. It’s clear that this gym is about more than just training. It’s about mentorship, discipline, faith, and community. Coach Emil truly cares about the people he serves and it reflects in the culture of the gym. If you are looking for a place where boxing, character, and faith come together, Resilient Boxing is a powerful place to be. O’Fallon is blessed to have a gym like this. 🥊🙏

Ok. So I absolutely love kickboxing as a workout. Nothing else makes me literally weak in the knees quite like kickboxing. Years (and I mean years) ago I did Title Boxing. Then those started to close up. Then went to Kickhouse...but the one by work closed. I'm noticing a trend with these chains. I'd prefer to support local. Now...I've been out of kickboxing for a while. Life happens. But I'm looking for a local gym, with great values, and no macho, ego filled rooms. Cause I sweat like a horse and give zero cares about my looks in my perimenopause stage of life. Today, I tried Resilient Boxing. Emil remembered me from my MUCH younger Title days (he used to be an instructor there). He was super nice as he greeted myself and other newcomers. He started with the basics for everyone. Then we had fun with the bags. I so needed this workout! But more than that, I needed a place I felt i could call home and not just be a number. Emil owns the gym! He was the instructor! He made sure we were in proper form as we punched and kicked. And...bonus...he has an impact tracking system to show the number of punches! Badass!! Membership?? Where do I sign?!
