my friday nights are always better at erick’s kickboxing class! he helps me when im utterly confused and walks me through the combos. it is highly appreciated and a very fun and rewarding class
Such a great place! Weightlifting is my main focus but I include boxing cuz there’s definitely no better cardio! Erick is an amazing instructor! Very attentive to everyone and motivating!
My son does the kids’ boxing class, which he loves, so I decided to try the adult boxing workout—and it was awesome! The staff are super friendly and helpful. The class was tough, but in the best way, and they really make you feel supported. It’s a total no-judgment zone and honestly one of the best workouts I’ve ever had
I was intimidated to join at first, but I was hooked after the first class. Coach Germaine is especially supportive. He pushes you while correcting form to make sure you’re learning the right way. Perfect place for a great workout. Best stress reliever ever!

Title Boxing Schaumburg - AMAZING! I am transformed not only with physical fitness, but by finding a club that feels like home. David, Germain, Nicole and the others all embrace you and bring you into the circle, provide tailored & tough workouts ( form is key to safety) and they take pride in your accomplishments.
