I’ve taken boxing classes before, but none as amazing as Tri-City. All of the coaches are incredible teachers AND boxers with very structured classes. The coaches kick your ass though, best believe you’ll be getting a good workout in. The gym itself is clean and well taken care of. It shows that Pat (the owner & a coach) cares about the gym, classes, and customers. They have a variety of times for classes. I was able to do mornings before work, it was a great start to my day. Rick & Lucas were always prepared, in a great mood, and ready to coach. Again, the coaches are one in a million. You can tell they care about what they do based on their coaching.

Have been doing Muay Thai for three months now. Pat is great at teaching, funny, and works his way around the room making sure everyone is individually coached during the group sessions. Excellent workout also, never feel better than I do after I complete a session.

Excellent place, highly recommend! Owen, Pat, and Lucas were all great: knowledgeable, patient, positive, and just the right mixture of laid back and intense. Megan was also very helpful and responsive, with membership stuff. Pricing is reasonable, flexible, and transparent, which is exceedingly rare in martial arts. I had almost no boxing experience coming in, and by the end of my time here, I feel like I have the basics down, which was my personal goal.

You go to actually learn, not just for exercise. Pat is a fantastic coach and is very engaging. The people who attend the gym are great and inviting. Everyone is always helping each other out. You get what you put into the classes essentially. ASK QUESTIONS.

My daughter is in boxing here along with myself doing a few classes. The coaches here are amazing with kids fantastic! My daughter is learning how to defend herself along with real life building blocks from having to listen to the coaches structure. She has a mean right and I am growing more confident in her being safe for situations as she gets older with her new knowledge. Trust me, you think you know how to fight until you come here and learn the proper way.
