I really like this gym -- my wife signed me up to box last November (for fitness, mental health, family history of type II diabetes, etc.), so I've been coming in from elsberry (sometimes with my son), 3 times a week for almost a year now and don't plan to stop. I consider membership dues to be basically negligible compared to what I've gotten out of it physically and mentally. Liz is a terrific coach for not just competitors, but also out-of-shape "dads" like myself, younger kids, older folks -- everyone is welcome. I dig it --

Literally the best gym in town, plenty of equipment no matter how busy and Liz will bend over backwards to help you with anything you need! You literally cannot ask for more from a hometown gym. Been a member for a couple years now recently bringing my son in for extra football training.

my son and I have been coming to this gym for a few months now and the staff is very nice and every day they motivate us to keep coming back. We feel very lucky to have found this place :))

AMAZING!! Liz has changed my life as my boxing/kickboxing coach and her gym has truly become another home for me and my family. Lani is an awesome yoga teacher as well! Things are always kept really clean in here, the people are friendly and it's the best gym around!! Highly recommend to everyone!
