I brought my son to sign him up and was told to go talk to the youth coach. When I tried talking to him he just kept walking and completely ignore me and my son...I even walked him around the gym to check out the place and he ain't bother at asking me anything....Looks like a good place for teenagers and adults.

One of my favorite gyms in Chicago.they are so helpful and knowledgeable. The coaches are welcoming just as much as the other people who train there. I always have a great time whenever I come. Coach Beck is great!!!!! She is so inspiring and a pleasure to be around.

Best Boxing Gym in the Chicago area. High quality sparring sessions. A place that builds warriors!

Today was my son’s first time attending the free first class at Sam Colonna’s Boxing Gym in Dyer, and he came home saying, “Mom, you gotta sign me up — I need that!” 😄 The coaches were motivating, the environment was energetic, and you can tell they truly care about the kids learning discipline and skill. It’s hard to find a place that pushes you while keeping it fun, but they’ve got it down! We’re definitely signing up; highly recommend! 🥊👏🏾

FOR PEOPLE LOOKING FOR CLASS HOURS/DAYS: Classes are great, the coaches help with every small detail. It’s really cheap as well with a military discount 80$/mo. I’m signing up now. Their website is not updated so decided to post this for everyone Update... changing my review to 3 stars. I enjoyed their classes initially but I began to lose interest in the material they taught. The instructors are knowledgeable but due to group classes it's not too involved. It's mainly cardio for 20 minutes and techniques for 20 mins and then stretching for 10 minutes. It's good for beginners but I'm joining a different gym now.
