I tried my first class at 39 years old, not really knowing what to expect. What I found is a great sport, community and coach. You can tell Jason Kesler LOVES this stuff - he teaches these classes because he’s passionate about it and can’t help but grow anybody that comes through his door. You will learn cool stuff here. -Good class sizes -Convenient schedule for anybody -Great community of people -affordable -safety-oriented
Turned what I figured would be a fun new hobby and way to get exercise into something I can see myself continuing to get better at for the rest of my life. A real gem of a community. Would recommend to all shapes and sizes!
I have been going here for more than 3 years now and we love it. I find it very safe for my kids and me. People here are extremely friendly and supportive. I totally recommend it to those who seek a kid/family friendly environment !!!
This is not my normal gym but they were kind enough to have me in for a class. I highly recommend them for BJJ the real world applications are emphasized, the coach is straight to the point, and everyone I rolled with was friendly. Great place
I cannot endorse this place enough. My son (15 when he first joined) not only wanted to come more, but has been inspired and encouraged by the staff and fellow athletes here. It has been a positive increase on his worth ethic, IMPROVED HIS GRADES, not to mention his patience and work ethic. Easily the best investment I’ve made for my son.
