Great place to exercise. Rae Anne is a great trainer. Always encouraging and a variety of exercises.
Great faculty went there for a Deka challenge. The place is very clean decent size building set up very well for us and thank you for sponsoring such events.
The trainer will definitely get you in shape. The layout isn't that of a traditional gym ... more crossfit. If you modify until you get stronger, you'll be in it to win it. Because me all have a start somewhere ... and never give in or give up!!!
Great place to get breakfast,lunch, or snack. This was our first time eating brunch. Great Food, prepared like we asked, Gluten free, sugar free. We will return.😊
Great Facility with lots of room. Turf area for workouts, strongman program, cross training program, martial arts, weightlifting. Inexpensive monthly costs. A real gem in Huntington.
