Cool gym but very inconsistent with the kids hours. It’s posted online as one thing on their website. Then instagram says something different ( They have Saturday hours) but then when you go inside you find out the hours are completely different and it’s every other Saturday.
Just let people cancel online or over the phone/via email, it would solve your negative feedback AND be a better customer experience. I was one of the fools who thought I cancelled my "month to month" membership, but I guess not. I only used a fraction of my first month and I was no longer in the state so I couldn't go in to cancel. I was called over and over, but knowing I couldn't physically go in and was now expected to back-pay months plus late fees for money I "owed" them, i decided to ignore it. Well... eventually an amount FAR greater than a month's-worth was sent to collections, went on my credit report, and now hurts my score. Not a bad gym, other than being a typical "greasy, gym-y", subscription/billing nightmare.
I am not new to the gym, but I am new to this gym. I went in earlier today for the first time and was greeted by Zack. He immediately gave me a tour and throughout my workout I pestered him about where various equipment is located. He also showed me how to use equipment that I was unfamiliar with. I was skeptical at first on signing up due to the monthly price however the equipment is great and vast making the price justified. Also, whatever you guys are paying Zack give him more.
Overall, the gym is great. Lots of freeweights and unique equipment fit for any fitness style. My only issue is with their treadmills -- most of them are consistently out of order and a lot of them have serious issues with slipping belts. They're not safe and really need fixed / replaced
I’ve only been a member for a few months now but in that time I’ve built great friendships and have been welcomed in by so many into the tribe that is the One More Gym family. If you’ve not checked them out yet you need to!!
