Great gym - has lots of equipment for weight training, cardio and some space where you can do your own thing which I really enjoy. The owner is helpful if you have questions about the equipment - I recommend you check it out!

I gained 1/2" on my biceps just from pulling into the parking lot here! Great gym , awsome people ! And the owner has such a sensual touch when he spots on my squats .
