Absolute best experience you will find anywhere around here. Highest quality training, lots of fun, extremely family oriented. Me and my daughter do BJJ and Muay Thai, and trying to talk the misses into joining :)!
Super welcoming atmosphere! Been there about a month a already feel apart of the team. The coach is very knowledgeable and will help anyway he can if your stuck in a position or just have questions in general. If you want to give BJJ a chance this place is a great place to start!
I've been training here since the day it opened and I can tell you this place is amazing. They offer mma, jiu jitsu, muay thai, boxing and a kids wrestling club. The coaching staff has a lot of experience and are all great teachers. The atmosphere is very much like a family and you will feel at home the second you walk through the door. I can't say enough good things about HCC.
This is a great place for anybody who is looking to expand their knowledge of mixed martial arts, looking to get into any form of MMA, looking to get healthy or anybody who just wants a place to get some knowledge. Classes are great, the instructors are knowledgeable and the weight room is a great perk.
