My only regret is that we didn’t join sooner! This is a great place for families and individuals. The kids love coming to BJJ and MMA, and the coaches are fantastic.
I can’t recommend Lycan’s Den enough. The instruction is world-class, with coaches who are patient, knowledgeable, and truly invested in their students’ growth. Classes are structured, safe, and adaptable for all levels. The facility is clean, well maintained, mats are not full of sweat and equipped for serious training. What sets this place apart is the culture: respectful, supportive, and disciplined. Whether your goal is fitness, self-defense, or competition, Lycan’s Den provides the perfect environment to achieve it. 10/10 would recommend again.
It has been a wonderful experience with my kids attending BJJ classes at the Den. The coaches are professional and committed. There's been a visible change in my kid's self confidence. With just a couple of months training, my girls competed for a life time experience. And yes, James has always been a favorite. Keep up the good work!
Our daughters have been taking BJJ clases here for about 6 months now, they have visible improvement in self confidence,coaches are professional and environment is very friendly and staff is very accommodating. After 6 months lycans den feel like second home to my kids. Highly recommend ♡
For all of you out there looking for a beyond phenomenal jiu jitsu coach, this is the place to be! Coach James brings an energy to the room that is just electrifying! He loves the kids and the adults and you can see his passion in the way he coaches. This is not a 30 minute class nor is it a class that you get a belt or a stripe each month. Whether you are a kid or an adult, you have the ability to learn techniques for the first 40 minutes of class and then get to spar with different folks in the room for the last 20…… and you can do this 6 days a week if you want! My 13 year old son started last October and by march was winning gold medals in tournaments. The coaching staff, the members, everyone here is extremely helpful and contagiously kind. I tell James all the time how grateful I am his world has collided with ours. And while everyone deserves a vacation, his energy is very much missed when he is gone. We love you coach James!
