I dropped in earlier this month for BJJ while I was doing a class in Lafayette with Faith Seminary. These folks were amazing - super kind and welcoming. The class was excellent, the instructor outstanding. Super grateful. Definitely recommended!
My original post is below. I'm updating this to keep current. I'm continuing to train with Justin as my PT and feel much stronger. This was my goal so I'm very satisfied with my progress. My wife has also noticed my increased energy and physical strength and has since started training with Justin. She is already feeling better amd getting stronger. My recommendation is to try out one of the personal trainers at Impact Zone sooner rather than later. I believe that there's a huge difference between "working out" on your own and being trained. They will motivate you, make sure you use proper form and technique and progress to your goals. You cannot buy time, start now and you will feel better. 100% satisfied with Impact Zone and Justin as my personal trainer. He keeps workouts fun and different by switching up the exercises. I'm consistently gaining strength, which is my primary goal. Only regret is not starting sooner.
I’ve been training at Impact Zone with Justin V, and it’s been a fantastic experience. Justin is an outstanding coach who brings a positive attitude to every session, making each workout both challenging and enjoyable. The atmosphere he creates is supportive and motivating, which has made a big difference in my fitness journey. Highly recommend Justin and the gym.
I grew up going here and training with the great staff. The results and difference it made on my life were phenomenal. The facility is put together very well with all of the essential training equipment and much more. The entire staff at Impact Zone does a great job at motivating and training clients to reach their goals. I’ve had the opportunity to work with Spencer Blankman who taught me the proper information about developing strength, maintaining a healthy diet, and keeping me on the right path to grow through different workouts. Overall an amazing facility that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get stronger, lose weight, or live a healthier lifestyle.
What can I see about these guys? I came to Indiana from Barcelona (Spain). The adaptation was hard at first but meeting those people in West Lafayette was one of the best things that happened to me in the United States. I do not say this statement lightly, I really think that it is a community, a family and an unbeatable environment. The coaches, especially coach Los and coach Nick, are some of the best people I have ever met in the bjj world, and I have met many. They probably didn't realize how much of an impact it was for me to have a caring community that also allowed me to train at a high level and learn every day I went. I am eternally grateful for what each and every one of those who were there did during my time training. I wanted to leave this comment because if you are in the same situation as me I highly recommend you come here because they impacted me and I'm sure they will impact your life too. Oss!
