Nevaeh got me all set up and told me about all the activities that were available. She also gave me a tour of the facility. It is so much bigger than I expected and many workout machines to look forward to using.

It’s a very convenient gym, but it never has any AC, it’s always hot in there especially upstairs. Everyone in there is always sweating and complaining about the AC. Very old and rundown, a lot of the machines break down and they take awhile to fix them.

It has the most comprehensive workout area in sioux city and 24 hours is nice but my goodness is it ever hot and sticky, easily mid 80s upstairs. Even some floor fans, more than the two small ones they have would be nice.

Really the best gym in Sioux City best atmosphere best staff you can’t get a better gym then this and the pool and everything is literally a win win just please get that sauna back up running so I don’t have to drive to north Sioux too sweat please. Thank you guys for contributing to my fitness journey

It has lots of potential but the broken and outdated equipment is a major frustration. The cardio equipment is outdated and many dont work. I tried five different pieces today and three of them didn't work. The foot straps on all the exercise bikes have been removed making them irritating to ride, they came with foot straps for a reason . Many of the weights on the dumbells are loose and have been for years, they need loc tight and tightened or replaced. The men's locker room is a disaster. it smells like sewer gas and urine, the showers have little bugs all over the walls, the shower heads are all plugged up with calcium resulting in a meager trickle of water not sufficient to rinse with. The place is usually busy and seems to have a lot of great programs, but fails at maintenance and updates.
