Marsha, Amy, Kenna and Felicia are wonderful instructors! I love all the classes I've taken here and highly recommend this gym. They care and check in on you and your goals, and it's truly a fabulous fitness family to be a part of!!

It took them a while to talk me into the 5 a.m. classes. I have done challenges offered. I have received support, encouragement and they have shared my victories with me. Highly recommend!!!

I loved this place and the whole idea of what she had and so on. She is a wonderful energetic gal and has passion...but these times are different and circumstances are changed.
