Troy and his gym are amazing, I have travelled all over the World training in the best boxing and kickboxing gyms... His fighters have great fundamentals and ring IQ, and a great family and gym atmosphere... Top notch will be back with our team in the future!

I love this gym, the membership is cheap and you get the best workout possible. It's like having a personal trainer while learning to fight and relieve stress. The environment is very welcoming. There are men and women of different ages and backgrounds, training for different goals. As an Army vet I love to push myself, and I really get to with these workouts. Everyday I leave with a soaked shirt. I'm so glad I joined
